artists > labels
this is pretty much the story of the post-post-post millenium hype in ALL countries |

GLR could have had it all but something went tragically wrong, such a shame

"since the beginning" ...I was under the impression that hospital was just another label until high contrast & co showed up. maybe that's just a bad read on my part.

Hospital, C.I.A at times.
It doesn't matter, Hospital has always been front runner for these types of things. |

Surprised some people are saying Hospital now, in 2008 maybe, but it just feels like their releasing too much music and have forgotten about quality.
Exit, Shogun, Critical, Scientific Wax (maybe not in marketing itself) all are consistently releasing good music with a good ethos. |

lifted did pretty well, especially in regards to building an image/brand with the podcasts, merchandise, artist choice, art work, hype, etc. i think it stands out to me because i saw an influx of new people pop up onto the scene and i'd see people at gigs were reppin' the merch. though, things seem to have slowed down quite considerably.
other than that, metalheadz and hospital but overall marketing and promotion sucks in dnb
