...the kick sound in growler is lovely as well as the saw sound - you haven't used many oscillators an much detuning haven't you? instead more compression and a bit of saturation, right?

...but don't spoil the magic if you don't want to...

Glad you all liked them,
here's how they were made...

make a reece or whatever on a synth,
bounce,
eq,
split freq,
compress,
modulate,
fx,
resample,
eq,
split freq
etc,
etc,
you get the general idea.

Now i know this will be old news for alot of you and not very helpfull to most of you so i'll post a .rns of the bowaa bass to help you along the way. I chose this one because it had the least amount of processing involved (ie the raw bass sound is not very processed to begin with/more or less straight out the synth) and nearly all the processing is done inside reason.
On the bowaa bass that i've already posted up, there has been just a little more processing so the rns will not sound exactly the same but you'll get the gist of it.

Hope this helps

Now in return you could check my new tune 'The Overmaster' pon myspace.
Also check the tune 'organs' for the bowaa bass in full action!!!

overmaster is nice, sounds like a complete idea regarding its composition.
nice bass indeed, and the subtle stabs too (fm bass ?)

perhaps some more high end sheen would be nice. but then again it would make it a different kind of tune.

nice. keep it up

ok man some line-up from someone at least!

couln't donwload your tune btw

I would do it differntly but I wonder with what kind your results are, just curiositty-yow!

bounce, (do you need to bounce or can you replug them and use the rewiring)
eq, (where ever you can!)
split freq, (that's the one I am currious about, what are you going to do with those?)
compress, (I don't recomment this you will start creating a "hoover" like square to sinewave, which is nice you'r allready flattening the thing!)
modulate, (go for it!)
fx, (go for it!)
resample, (again allready?, which you are a wise man to do!)
eq, (allways good!)
split freq (I wonder what for?)

I split the frequencies so that i can keep the low end nice and pure whilst putting all the fx on the top end.
