''BIG, BAD & HEAVY'' 2XCD ALBUM INFO
When DnB heads speak on days gone by, and labels they wish had put out more input, you will always find someone speaking on Chronic's heyday. Spearheaded by Bryan Gee, Chronic Records was always seen as a place where producers like DJ Krust, Dillinja, Lemon D, Roni Size and Ray Keith could hang up their coats and drop some funky, dancefloor-aimed productions, without worrying about restraints or conformity. With that ethos in line, some classics have been released on that label, and while it hit a quiet spell for a time, the last year has seen a resurgence within that label, as fresh faces (Majistrate, Cabbie, Interface, Subwave, Ruffstuff and others) have been getting their tunes released and earmarked for this historic DnB bastion.
What better way to officially cap off this reemergence than with a massive two-disc set, spreading light on what's been released, as well as touching on what's to come?
