 14 cinematic sound FX pack

Hi - this is my very first post in the doa forums - I have been lurking here for some time, picking up lots of information about the dnb scene and things like that.

I come from a techno background, but have recently been producing drum n bass (or whatever my sound could be called) seriously, and much is thanks to the awesome producers here at the GRID.

As a present for anyone reading my first post, and to say hello to the community, I offer a pack of sound FX directly from my own production library.

it's a bribe!! hahaha - no it's mostly to showcase mah skillz you know :P

I'm working on an album with tracks like the ones in my myspace player, and it's important for me to let people know what my sound is, and also, I find that well produced FX samples are HARD to find, so I make my own and I'm a nice guy...(sometimes) so I just wanna share.

yeah, sound is awesome. but if you're interested in more constructive feedback, i think that there's something to improve the structure of tracks - makin more clear what the direction is, if you know what i mean

I know exactly what you mean - coming from a strictly 4 to the floor scene with very "blocky" track construction, it will take a bit of work getting into the flow of breakbeat music - workin hard on it =)

Quick question though, is sound fx 1 made from a different fx sample or contains bits of one? I ask because the last part sounds so familiar and it's doing my head in where I heard it. It could just be a coincidence though, but shit like that drives me crazy. I will be going through tons of sounds looking for it here in a bit

These sounds are composits produced from existing material - might be that someone else has used the same sounds before me. The point to this collection is that the effects are finished production elements, rather than standalone hits or bangs or swooshes - seems this pack got well received, so I'll make a bigger pack in the future.
