I'm looking for an EQ plugin to use in Ableton, preferably just a 3 band DJ style one. All the EQ's i've tried boost the output considerably when cut and the meters flap around like crazy.

I want to point out that i'm not dj'ing live or in real-time. I just want to automate bands n stuff.

    Also on a mac.

    Thanks in advance.

i'm not using a controller or anything though. Tried the Eq8 but any highpassing just flaps the level about. You know what I mean?

I did and if you read my post I said i'm on a mac.

I found one called LSSdjeq which seems to do the job a bit better (still fucks with the output a bit though).

Ahhh fair enough... sorry about that... It is inconceivable to me why any one would buy a Mac... ( case in point here ie: cant get what you want for it ) so I just sort of automatically assume everyone uses PC's.

Eq 3 is pretty good for that, easy automation, sounds decent, and you can have about 4 million running.
